Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet growth objectives.
Build strong relationships with distributors, engineers, architects, contractors, and other industry professionals.
Provide technical and sales support to customers throughout project lifecycles.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and contribute to sales strategy development.
Prepare regular reports and maintain accountability for sales targets.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience in the commercial HVAC/R industry (preferred).
Strong self-motivation, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field (preferred).
