Essential Job functions
1. Plan for regular customer visit to obtain continuous support by identifying their requirements and needs to ensure total customer satisfaction.
2. Provide sales & technical support (pumps, valves, tubes and fittings, and other spareparts support) to customers
3. Conduct sales presentation and demonstration to promote company products.
4. Provide good after sales service in terms of collecting feedback on application fulfillment, system reliability and service support concerns to ensure total customer satisfaction in order to gain continuous support from customer.
5. Perform related duties as required.
Yêu cầu
- Diploma / Degree in mechanical Engineering / technical / Food processing technology
- Professional in Sales and Marketing
Working knowledge (ideally more than 3
- 5 years) as sales engineer, 5
- 8 years for sales manager
- strong customer relationship in F&B, Personal care, Brewery, chemical, fertilizer. power and other relevant industry is crucial
Experience in dealing with sanitary products of Alfa Laval and industrial pumps
- Flowserve, Blagdon, pumps will be added advantage.
- Fluent in English
- High sense of responsibility
- able to provide solutions to customers
