DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Meeting sales targets (Order Intake) agreed with Sales Manager.
• Achieve good profitability within the responsible sales area.
• Responsible of developing good relationship with investor, end-user, consultant, contractor and dealers.
• Responsible of account debt management and collection.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies within the responsible area.
• Identify and develop new customer, dealer/distributor within the responsible area.
• Managing and supporting customer and dealer/distributor requirements.
• Drive, control and coordinate sales.
• To assist and provide technical support and solutions to investor, end-user, consultant, contractors and dealer/distributor.
• To work and support for project tender either through dealer/distributor or direct account customer in quotation offer and technical submission.
• Support (if needed) for making quotation/offering.
• Involve and support for tender or/and contract commercial terms and conditions negotiation.
• Prepare weekly activities plan and project pipeline update.
• Maintain existing and new customer database in the CRM system.
• Provide sales report and forecast via CRM system.
• Provide market and competitor information update to marketing team for analysis.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating of our product and solutions capability.
• Support new product launch and training.
• Support marketing team in marketing activities, like, exhibition, conference/seminar, trade show, etc.
• Able to travel oversea and domestic for business related.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
• Qualification: Mechanical Bachelor's Degree or other related Engineering Bachelor's Degree.
• Experiences: Minimum 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in construction or/and industry market segment with proven sales record. (Experience and knowledge in Pump and Valve will be an advantage).
• Good command in oral and written English.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
• Aggressive and result oriented.
• Good listener, customer driven and analytical skills.
• Posses good sales skill and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and a good team player.
• Good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office.
• Able to handle multi-task.
• Able to travel for overseas assignment such as meetings and trainings when assigned.
• Posses own transport.
