Mô tả công việc
1. Receive customer requests, making sure that the requirements are clear, and that the proposals documentation prepared matches customer requirements.
2. Work closely with customers to align their technical needs and requirements with NSBLV capabilities.
3. Work with Engineering team, Customer Service and Supply Chain (Logistic, Production, and Credit Control) to achieve on time performance and completeness.
4. Regularly visit customers to build and maintain relationship as well as listen to their feedback and promote NSBLV products/solutions and brand
5. Identify and cultivate new accounts
6. Ensure the compliance of sales budget, pricing, payment terms & rebate protocols according to BBV sales strategy/policy
7. Initiate and manage the commercial negotiations for NSBLV on sales agreements and other offers.
8. Prepare data and reports for sales performance.
Yêu cầu
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
• BA degree in Construction Engineer is preferable
• Good communication in English
Accepted / Preferred
• MBA; prefer civil engineer background
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• At least 2 years in similar role in construction industry,
• Have good connection, good relationship to many design consultants and contractors.
Competencies:
• Excellent selling skill
• Negotiation skill
• Problem solving and organizing works
