Mô tả công việc
• Technical support
Provide comprehensive technical assistance to customers in the HCM area, ensuring they fully
understand and utilize our products effectively.
Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide tailored
solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Evaluate performance and continuously improve
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategic business
plans aimed at expanding the business in Vietnam.
• Event Coordination
Assist in organizing and executing promotional events such as roadshows, seminars, and
exhibitions to showcase our Drives solutions and engage with customers.
• Market Analysis
Maintain and update market information and trends.
Search for potential customers and update data on the CRM system.
Yêu cầu
• University degree or higher, majoring in Engineering or related.
• Have at least 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the elevator industry.
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good English communication.
