Mô tả công việc
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for geared motors, gearboxes, and drive solutions in various industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, sales partners, and end-users.
• Prepare and conduct technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Provide technical guidance to customers on product selection.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Using CRM tools for reports including new opportunities, customer visits.
• Travels frequently to visit customers for seeking new opportunities.
• Follows up the accounts receivable for your designated customer base within the assigned sales territory and guarantees on time payments.
• Any other sales, after sales, service and business/market development related task assigned by the management of the company.
Yêu cầu
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronic, automation or industrial engineering.
Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in
technical sales of industrial equipment.
• Understanding motor dynamics, power transmission, and automation.
• Business or Sales Training - Knowledge of B2C sales strategies and customer relationship management.
