- Identify, develop, and maintain customers in the following industries: Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical & Fertilizer Plants.
- Achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned market segments with minimal supervision.
- Provide technical and commercial support for:
Industrial valves (Control valves, Ball valves, Gate/Globe valves, Safety valves, etc.)
Positioners, switchboxes, actuators
Industrial electrical equipment (motors, MCC, explosion-proof equipment, etc.)
- Coordinate with the engineering team to prepare quotations and tender documents.
- Follow up on project progress, negotiate contracts, and manage payment collection.
- Maintain relationships with End Users, EPC contractors, and O&M contractors.

Sales Manager* Utilize excellent products/solutions and customer insight to act as a consultant for high-level customer contacts in addressing their present and future needs
* Must be a self-starter in ensuring achievement of set sales
* Ability to work harmoniously with another department
* Must be a people-oriented person to effectively manage all key stakeholders involved in assigned accounts (including converters and end-users)
* To initiate and lead joint business planning with converters (accounts) to identify new business opportunities
* Initiate and develop annual sales plans
* Experience in valves, pump industry would be an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in engineering. Electrical /automation, instrumentation, mechanical are preferred.
New graduated or experienced 1 to 2 years with similar position;;
Strong communication skills, influencing skills and value-based selling mindset;
Good command of English is an advantage ( TOEIC at least 600)
Be open/receptive to new perspectives;
Be well capable of self-study to enhance product/solution knowledge;
Own a hands-on business mindset;
