Mô tả công việc
We're looking for a dynamic Sales & Event Executive with strong negotiation skills and a passion for F&B to drive event revenue, manage client relationships, and handle end-to-end execution - from proposal to contract - for Tribe Hospitality's venues.
I. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue from events, group bookings, and private functions.
• Identify, approach, and negotiate with potential clients, including corporates, agencies, and private customers.
• Prepare full sales documentation, including quotations, contracts, and event proposals with clear pricing structures.
• Maintain and grow a strong client network to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with F&B operations team to ensure successful event execution and high guest satisfaction.
• Manage and update CRM database and track leads and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities & stay informed of competitors' activities.
• Support in planning and executing in-house promotional events to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Represent the company professionally at networking events and industry gatherings.
• Handle client inquiries, provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Submit timely reports and sales forecasts to management.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in F&B sales or events with strong client relationship building.
• Proven ability to negotiate/close deals with full documentation handling.
• Excellent communication in English and coordination across departments.
• Detail-oriented, flexible with work hours (including evenings/weekends).
• Well-organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple events.
• Proficiency in preparing quotations, contracts, and event documents.
• Integrity, confident, self-driven, and goal-oriented - a true sales warrior mindset.
