- Translate documents and communications between English and Vietnamese for the Director and departments.
- Prepare documents, attend meetings with clients, and provide interpretation during meetings (if necessary).
- Work with clients, monitor project progress, and manage receivables. Track the progress of goods to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Support the sales department with various tasks.
- Report revenue on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Organize customer care activities and promotional events.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications/ Specialization
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Engineering, or Foreign Languages.
Work Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience working with automation products, autonomous vehicles, and high-tech industries is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English: IELTS 6.5 or equivalent (mandatory) or Japanese: JLPT N2 or higher.
- Preference for candidates with experience working in Japanese factories or industrial zones.

- Strong communication skills.
- Creative thinking.
- Detail-oriented and perfectionist mindset.

- Salary: 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND/month + 30,000 VND/day lunch allowance.
- Probation: 60 days with 85% of the base salary.
- Insurance & Leave: Social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT), and paid leave according to labor laws.
- Welfare & Bonuses: Holiday and project bonuses, 13th-month salary, annual salary review (or exceptional reviews based on performance and proposals).
