• Develop client portfolio: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop new business with existing clients or identify areas of improvement to increase sales quotas.
• Participate to plan and implement sales and marketing activities.
• Support partners and users in using the platform.
• Build communities online and converts them into sales.
• Proactively approaches and interacts with communities and groups on Social Media.
• Target merchants and drive sales through their communities and groups.
• Support managers to organise local events.
• Facilitate timely and relevant communication between Europe and Asia offices.
• Ensure and maintain the company brand image on the support channel.
Yêu cầu
* Essential Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
• Experience in the e-commerce space is an advantage.
• Strong community builder.
• Be proactive. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience to manage multiple account projects at a time while paying attention to details,
• Fluent in English.
• Teamwork spirit.
