Mô tả công việc
To support our international expansion, Open Web Technology Vietnam has an immediate job opening for one Sales Executive APAC Region, based in Vietnam. We offer the opportunity to join an International work environment with dedicated developers, QA and DevOps engineers, and to replicate in the APAC region the successful model we have developed over the years with our European Clients who are leading Corporations in leading industries such as Telecommunications, Banks, Insurances, Media, Healthcare and Consumer Goods industries.
Reports To: Director
Travel Requirements: Frequent travel within the APAC region
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the APAC region, aligned with overall company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive activities within the region.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, including revenue growth and market penetration.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and renew existing ones.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage all the steps of the sales channel with the goal to convert leads into clients.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Conduct market research to understand the specific needs, competition, and opportunities within different countries in the APAC region.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with the software development teams to ensure alignment on strategies and goals.
• Collaborate with all people involved in Sales to share knowledge and best practices.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.
Administrative Tasks:
• Manage sales pipelines, CRM systems, and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities.
• Set up adequate processes and systems to efficiently track sales activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, budgets, and reports as required by the management team.

Yêu cầu
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics/e-Commerce, or
Information Technology or related fields.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the APAC region or a similar
international market, in which 2 years of experience in an IT Sales, Account
executive, or Business development role for a Professional Services company.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the APAC market, including cultural nuances, business
practices, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in team or independently
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills relevant to the APAC
region (e.g., Vietnamese, Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi) are highly desirable.
Information Technology or related fields.
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the APAC region or a similar
