Oversee and manage local product development programs.
Set sales targets, define performance metrics, and develop sales forecasts in Vietnam.
Develop and execute sales plans.
Analyze and evaluate market trends, customer needs, internal capabilities, and competitors.
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans.
Manage customer relationships, negotiate terms & conditions, and handle sales contracts.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree required.
Good command of English; ability to communicate in Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
Strong communication and sales skills; able to work effectively with customers and stakeholders.
At least 1 year of sales experience in industrial sectors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
