Reporting to:
Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities
• Support day-to-day sales operations including order tracking, customer communication, and sampling.
• Build relationships with local customers, mills, and garment factories.
• Gather market information and competitor insights.
• Coordinate with production and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Prepare weekly sales and customer update reports.
Yêu cầu
• 2-4 years of experience in textile or apparel merchandising/sales support.
• Strong communication skills and good command of English.
• Proactive, organized, and passionate about sustainability.
• Open to frequent communication with customers and internal teams.
