The Sales/ Senior will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing customers, and contributing to overall sales growth. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets.
Do research for new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with internal teams (admin, warehouse, accounting) to ensure smooth sales operations.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and products.
Yêu cầu
1-3 years of sales experience in manufacturing/ industry or a related industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and partners.
Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn technical product knowledge.
Proficient Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel as needed.
