1. Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Executive to expand our products and services in the Vietnamese market.
This position is responsible for end-to-end sales activities, including new customer acquisition, relationship management with existing clients, market research, contract negotiation, and after-sales support.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new customers through visits, calls, and online sales activities
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Understand customer needs and prepare sales proposals and presentations
• Prepare quotations and contracts, and conduct contract negotiations
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Collect and analyze market trends and competitor information
• Prepare regular sales reports
• Collaborate with internal teams, including local staff and Japan headquarters
• Support exhibitions, trade shows, and events as required
Yêu cầu
Required:
• 1-3+ years of experience in sales (industry not limited)
• Ability to communicate in English
• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
Preferred(Nice to have):
• Experience working with Japanese companies
• Ability to communicate in Japanese for business purposes
