Mô tả công việc
Develop sales for rice flour, rice starch/modified starch, and rice protein products in assigned markets.
Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with domestic and international customers.
Build sales plans, market strategies, and achieve sales targets set by B3.
Conduct customer visits, introduce products, provide basic technical information, negotiate and close deals.
Monitor order progress, delivery, payment status, and resolve arising issues.
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports for management.
Coordinate with internal departments (QC, Production, Logistics, Sales Admin, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company sales processes and regulations.
Travel frequently for customer meetings and market development (approx. 60%).
Yêu cầu
At least college degree or higher in Business Administration, Chemistry, Food Technology, Economics, or related majors.
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in rice flour, modified starch, food ingredients, or similar industries.
Strong communication in Vietnamese & English (Chinese is an advantage).
Good negotiation, presentation, customer service, and market analysis skills.
Able to work independently, handle pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
Willing to travel frequently.
