- Oversee Room Air-con & Air purifier products
- Develop sales forecasts and business plans to support sales target achievement for assigned products and customers.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance while monitoring inventory health and managing PSI to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Manage customer purchase orders, coordinate with logistics teams, and ensure timely product delivery.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Prepare and coordinate sales data, documentation, and promotional activities to support channel growth.
- Monitor market share, product visibility, and display execution to strengthen brand presence at retail stores.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyze business performance, provide improvement recommendations, and perform other tasks assigned by the
Sales Manager.
- University graduated, major in Business, Economics or another related field
- 4-year experience in similar positions (Sales/
Business Development/ Key Account Management) or Group of Product (Specially in Electric/ Electronics field)
- Data Analysis, Sales skill and drive for results
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Be active, enthusiastic with a high sense of ownership
- Ability to quickly reach an understanding of customers' business and requirements
- Average English communication skills
