Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Hanoi. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new student enrollments and corporate or group training opportunities, as well as maintaining relationships with existing students, partners, and court complexes. Daily tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting sales presentations, responding to inquiries, and guiding prospective learners through the enrollment process.
The Sales
Executive will collaborate with coaches and operations staff to align offerings with customer needs, support promotional events, and track sales performance using CRM or similar tools. The role also involves gathering customer feedback to help improve programs and contributing ideas to marketing and community engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong sales and
business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
Customer relationship management abilities, with experience in maintaining long-term partnerships and handling inquiries professionally.
Clear and confident communication skills in verbal and written English and Vietnamese; presentation skills for individuals and groups.
Basic marketing and promotional skills to support campaigns, events, and social media or online outreach.
Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and reporting responsibilities.
Comfort working on-site in sports or training environments; enthusiasm for pickleball or sports is highly beneficial.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or education/sports-related roles is an advantage.
Relevant education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
