We are looking for a talented International Sales Executive to our global Image Service Platform, who can develop and implement sales activities to generate company revenue and profit to coordinate with relevant parties to deliver outstanding client satisfaction.
THE POSITION
As Sales Executive you will develop and implement sales activities to generate company revenue and profit to coordinate with relevant parties to deliver outstanding client satisfaction
RESPONSIBILITIES
To manage and promote sales activities (including signing sales contracts and manage sales volumes)
• Manage lead generation activities based on segmentation focus
• Approach potential clients through agreed channels
• Support Sales Coordinator throughout onboarding process
• Negotiate & close contracts with clients
To develop and maintain key accounts
• Develop & execute key account plans based on client strategy
• Conduct upselling activities
• Address client concerns
To support and advise the clients on system usabilities and system improvements
• Participate in designing and describing workflows, functionalities and inter-departmental processes
• Conduct induction for new clients on system usabilities
• Support System Coordinator to communicate with clients
To perform other supporting tasks
• Propose, manage, and implement marketing budget and activities throughout the year (new product/ low season campaigns, Esoft partners' conference and events, etc.)
• Prepare contracts and other admin tasks to support sales activities
• Support Finance in chasing & collect overdue payments
• And other related tasks as assigned or deemed necessary to ensure the job purpose is achieved

QUALIFICATIONS
• Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Customer Service, Economics, Business Administration or related fields. Graduated from FTU or study aboard is plus.
• Age: 24 -30
• EXPERIENCE: 1-2 YEARS OF RELEVANT WORKING EXPERIENCE IN AN INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT. FRESH GRADUATE IS ACCEPTABLE FOR EXCELLENT CANDIDATES.
• Preferably with some marketing experience and background
• English: advanced English is required since the job involves communicating in English with overseas clients - also over the phone.

• Have an outspoken sales / customer service mindset
• Be pro-active and self-going

Your salary and benefits will meet the talent we are searching for. As part of the compensation package (Salary range: $650 - $900 depending on the qualification), you will have financial incentives based on agreed KPIs and realized goals.

Training activities are carried out both at a corporate as well as individual level.
The salary package is reviewed on an annual basis.
