Careerviet's client is a Manufacturing Company headquartered in Tan Tao Industrial Park, Binh Tan. We are recruiting for International Sales with the following the JD as below:
1. Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing international customers:
Ensure market share retention for each current customer and achieve revenue growth according to the assigned KPI for each account.
Manage the international customer database: continuously update information as changes occur.
2. Execute Sales to International Customers Following the Process.
Receive inquiries, negotiate, finalize orders, and sign contracts.
Coordinate internally and with other departments to ensure on-time delivery, payment collection, inventory tracking (if applicable), issue resolution, complaint handling, and overall customer satisfaction.
Identify and analyze challenges, proposing solutions to improve sales performance in future stages.
3. Reporting
Business performance (revenue, sales volume) and arising issues and new customer acquisition results
Annual Report: Business performance (revenue, sales volume), new customer acquisition results, and market report.
4. Propose Improvements for Sales Process and Internal Coordination.
Identify issues arising in the sales process and internal coordination.
Determine the root causes
Propose solutions (if possible).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduated from university/college with a major in: International Economics, International Business, Marketing Management, Business Administration.
At least one (1) years of experience in a similar position at a manufacturing company.
Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English; strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Able to work under high pressure and travel abroad.
Experience in finding international customers & participating in international trade fairs.
Knowledge of market research, survey, customer service, international trade terms, foreign trade activities, etc.
Experience in using and managing e-commerce sales platforms (Alibaba, Linkedin...) is an advantage (if possible).
