• Search for and develop potential international customers and business partners.
• Introduce and promote the company's seafood products to overseas customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and communicate via email, messaging apps, phone calls, or face-to-face meetings when required.
• Negotiate export sales terms, including pricing, Incoterms, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Coordinate with the Documentation Department and related teams to monitor orders, shipment schedules, export documents, and delivery status.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop opportunities for repeat orders.
• Support customer visits to the company's office and factory when necessary.
• Be willing to travel overseas for trade fairs, customer visits, and
business development activities.
• Keep up to date with seafood market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities.
• Work closely with the
Purchasing Department to ensure product availability, pricing updates, and market competitiveness.
• Prepare quarterly and yearly sales reports for the manager.
• Age: 24-35 years old.
• Bachelor's or associate's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Import-Export, or related.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in international sales or seafood exports.
• Excel at English (additional foreign languages are an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, carefulness and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure and sales targets.

WORKING TIME & LOCATION
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday morning (8:20 AM - 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour-10-minute lunch break).
