Assist all Sales Functions facing:
Commercial issues
Obtaining rates
Cost validation or negotiation
Support Sales colleagues to give ad-hoc quotation to customer
Business execution
Support to giving shipping instruction to operation
Support to adherence to shipping instruction
Administration and back-up
Coordinate internally with team member for related reports (sales activities; CRM dashboard; monthly/weekly sales report; minutes of meeting;)
Provide instant support to Manager or Sales colleagues in term of interfacing with customers; internal/external stakeholders when necessary.

Fresh graduate or experienced ones are welcomed
Can work full-time at least 6 months
Excellent Vietnamese & English communication skills ( verbal & written ). Mandarin Chinese language proficiency is a significant advantage.
Good command of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point Presentation
