Mô tả công việc
Conduct market research to identify target customer segments.
Identify and develop new clients for the company's IT product with domain Fintech
Generate new leads by identifying and connecting with prospective customers.
Conduct online or onsite product demos for prospective customers.
Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring sales targets are met.
Provide post-sales support to clients and gather feedback to improve services.
Work with support teams to assist with customer onboarding.
Collaborate closely with other departments to meet client needs.
Identify and manage channel partners and referrals to accelerate sales.
Engage with existing customers for contract renewals.
Regular update of CRM system.
Yêu cầu
At least 1 years of experience working in a
Business Development or Sales position in the IT field
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently, with good time management and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of the SEA market and business culture
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn and use new software and systems.
Able to travel as required.
Excellent fluency in English communication with an IELTS score of 6.5 or above
Preference for candidates with experience working in the technology/banking industry.
