- Client Hunting: Actively prospect and close IT Outsourcing contracts. Deliver presentations and pitches directly to C-level executives or key decision-makers on the client side
- Solutioning & Closing: Partner with technical teams (SA/DM) to build winning proposals and lead negotiations on complex commercial terms and contracts
- Account Growth & Mentorship: Ensure smooth client onboarding, drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and mentor junior/mid-level sales team members.
Yêu cầu
Must have
- Experience: 3 years of proven success in B2B IT Outsourcing sales, with a consistent track record of hitting quotas and closing international deals.
- Tech Savviness: Strong conceptual knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and modern tech stacks (Cloud, AI, Devops, Web/Mobile).
- English Fluency: IELTS 7.0 or higher, good at communication
- Skills & Mindset: Highly resilient with excellent objection-handling and relationship-building skills. Proficient in modern sales tech (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

- Preferred Qualifications: Having an existing network of international clients or a background of studying/working abroad is a major plus.
