- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customers and Würth business units located in Vietnam;
- Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve individual and company sales, growth, and gross profit targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand customer base and maximize market share.
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships with major accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead acquisition efforts to secure new clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
- Anticipate changes in customer organization structures and adjust the sales approach accordingly.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Plan and present detailed sales reports, including goals, progress, and quarterly initiatives, to stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of customer needs and solutions.
- Engage in up-selling and cross-selling activities to maximize profitability.
- Promote and uphold 6-S principles and ISO standards within the team.

Yêu cầu
- > 5 years of working experience in Sales, C-Part supply services or comparable industries (e. G. industrial manufacturing ------> procurement, factory management) accompanied by a tertiary education (Master's or Bachelor's Degree)
- Experience in leading and fostering teams
- Familiarity with C part products, especially Fasteners and MRO
- Familiarity with JIT Logistic and SCM solutions such as Kanban
- Ability to travel
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication, presentation, selling and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office software and ERP system(SAP)
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with demonstrated multi-tasking ability
- Team spirit
- Self-motivate, confident, patient, responsible, good health condition
