We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - BU Pig to lead and grow our Pig Business in Vietnam. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting overall business performance in the market.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead sales activities for the Pig Business in Vietnam
• Develop new business opportunities and grow market presence
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor market trends and support business strategy
• Contribute to sales planning, pricing discussions, and commercial development initiatives
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective customer support
• Support customers throughout the sales cycle, including discussions and commercial negotiations
• Participate in industry exhibitions, trade events, and other relevant marketing activities
• Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports
Yêu cầu
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field
• Strong experience in sales or
business development• Good leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and across teams
• Good command of English and Vietnamese
• Willingness to travel as required
Preferred
• Experience in agriculture, livestock, farming equipment, or
