Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Manager (ETC, Medicine, $1500, ID 21210):
Analyze sales data and develop strategic sales plans by customer segment, product portfolio, and hospital accounts to maximize revenue growth and market penetration.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and tender policies; provide market insights and recommendations to the Management Team for effective sales strategies.
Prepare and execute tender plans for Public Hospitals and Departments of Health to ensure the company's products are successfully included in hospital tender lists.
Drive sales activities and secure purchase orders from hospitals and hospital pharmacies within the assigned territory.
Follow up and manage tender execution processes to ensure smooth implementation and contract compliance.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key stakeholders in public hospitals.
Promote and enhance the company's brand image and reputation within the healthcare sector.
Requirement
Male/Femal, 35-45 years old
Bachelor's Degree or above in Economics, Pharmacy, Medical, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in ETC tender sales, particularly within Public Hospitals.
Strong network and relationships with public hospital stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively under high pressure and meet business targets.
Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills.
Can use English well
