Job Description:
Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will play a critical role in our sales team, manage an international client base, responsible for pricing, forecasting, order management, and customer care. This role requires strong coordination with various departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Calculate pricing and create detailed sales forecasts.
• Manage and follow up on orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor planning and production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes for the company.
• Prepare regular sales reports for BOD.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the flexible packaging or FMCG industries.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
