Job Title: Sales Manager (Food Ingredients - Thai Language + Fluent English)

Job Description:
• Leading food manufacturers and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies collaborate with our Vietnam team due to our trusted sourcing capabilities, international food safety and quality certifications, strong execution record, and deep experience serving global CPG clients.
• We are seeking a Vietnamese national who can communicate fluently in Thai and English - both verbal and written skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Commercial Leadership:
5-10 years of solid experience in sales or
business development, ideally in food & beverage, ingredients, or agricultural commodities sectors. Will act as the primary link between Vietnam-based operations and clients across Thailand.
Market Expansion:
Drive volume and margin growth with a focus on nut ingredients. Strengthen engagement and expand client portfolio through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
Key Account Management (KAM):
Handle client communication across multiple functions (procurement, sales, R&D, QA). Ensure excellent service delivery, prompt issue resolution, and continuous client satisfaction.
Inventory & Stock Oversight:
Monitor destination and vendor-managed inventories. Raise early warnings, work with operations to ensure stock availability, and identify corrective measures when needed.
Cost & Logistics Expertise:
Oversee transport, shipping timelines, and cost efficiency. Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries and client satisfaction.

Requirements:
Language Skills:
Fluency in both Thai and English is mandatory (spoken and written). Ability to translate and communicate effectively between languages is essential.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales or commercial experience. Preference for candidates with direct experience in food ingredients, food manufacturing, or B2B trading environments.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, International Trade, or related field. Higher education (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
Dedication & Ownership:
High level of dedication, accountability, and autonomy. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of results and client relationships.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communicator who can manage senior stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and maintain long-term relationships.
Cross-Cultural Competence: Comfortable working across cultures and time zones; experience in Thai market is a strong advantage.
Tech-Savvy & Analytical:
Proficient with Excel, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and basic data analysis to support decision-making.
