To support our growth, we are seeking an Sales Manager for offline sales team
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Distribution & Channel Management:
- Manage distributor performance and ensure optimal coverage.
- Strengthen relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, and modern trade partners.
- Ensure proper stock availability and visibility in the market.
Team Leadership:
- Train, motivate, and supervise the sales team (e.g., Sales Executives, Territory Managers).
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance.
Trade Marketing & Promotions:
- Execute promotional campaigns and merchandising activities.
- Ensure brand visibility through effective POS (Point of Sale) materials.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and provide insights for improvement.
- Use CRM tools to manage customer data and sales pipelines.
Requirements: Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in FMCG, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel & CRM software.
- Knowledge of distributor and retail trade dynamics.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in modern trade/key account management.
- Familiarity with local market trends in [specific region].
- Two-wheeler driving license (if field sales role).
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
