JOB DESCRIPTION
Achieve growth targets and business objectives through managing the business department.
Utilize business efforts to attract group customers, directly engage and manage customer groups such as schools, travel agencies, online agents, Vietnamese or multinational companies, and other potential targets.
Design and implement business strategies to increase customer growth and ensure the execution of those strategies.
Ensure recruitment, target setting, training, and effective supervision of sales staff.
Conduct market research to identify customer capabilities and assess customer needs during each business season.
Prepare business reports, revenue and cost analysis, and related forecasts.
Interact with marketing campaigns to drive revenue and ensure brand value.
Responsible for working with Marketing partners on collaboration terms, implementation, and contract compliance.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the business field (particularly in group sales), some industries such as amusement parks, children's parks, cinemas, hotels, aquariums, gaming zones, or related service sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar fields of study.
Extensive experience in group sales and a wide network of relationships with similar target customer groups.
Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and customer care abilities, good negotiation, and sales skills.
Proficiency in advanced English communication skills, Mandarin is a plus.
Proficiency in using office software applications: MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
