*Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage team to develop business.
• Responsible for team scheduling, on-going coaching, guidance, performance feedback, training planning and development.
• Create and develop strategies and plans for effectively managing accounts.
• Maintain relationship with both clients and vendors (co-loader).
• Produce and present sales proposals with maximized margin.
• Identify and forward upselling opportunities for sales or close "ready to onboard" business.
• Generate sustainable revenue and identify opportunities for margin enhancement.
• Support freight process and requirement to clients.
• Monthly review clients needs and demand forecast.
• Gather necessary information to ensure that databases are created timely and accurately.
• Support department and team and necessary record report.
• Support nominate shipment and project.
• Closely communication with team and vendor, assist to resolve foreseen operation issue.
• Airline cargo system training and base cost pricing update.
• Encounter risk and screening sales business risk.
• Proper document follow up, debit note and payment tracking of each shipment.
Yêu cầu
** The Role:
• University education level.
• At least of 3 years supervisory / department managing related field experience.
• At least of 3 years experiences with a through working knowledge regarding International/ local freight forwarding, sales and industry market.
• At least of 3 years of international freight forwarding experience with product and industry knowledge coupled with the ability to deal with customers at all levels. (Co-loader experience will be value added)
• Request English/Vietnamese verbal and written communication skills.
• Supervisory, planning and implementation skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Have good relationship with relavent industry's GSA, CSA, vendor (co-loader), agent, Airline and supplier.
• Standard knowledge of Noi Bai cargo terminal operation support and vendor control.
• Basic knowledge of Seafreight and related operation.
• Standard computer tool and reporting skills.
• Pro-active, creative, flexible and independent.
• Able to build relationship with Associates and clients relationship.
• Able to understand and follow Group's market development direction.
• Sincere, punctuality, honest, teamwork and good attitude.
