Mô tả công việc
• Lead Generation & Networking: Identify and approach potential clients (high-net-worth individuals, luxury interior
designers, architects, and real estate
developers) through networking, events, and online channels.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and increase market penetration within the luxury interiors market.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring a personalized, high-end experience that aligns with the brand's values and aesthetic.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest trends in luxury furniture and interior design, presenting tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead negotiations, provide quotes, and close sales with an emphasis on delivering a premium customer experience.
• Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform sales strategies, ensuring a competitive edge in the luxury furniture market.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales performance, report on KPIs, and provide forecasts for sales pipeline and revenue targets.

Yêu cầu
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in
business development or sales, ideally within luxury goods, high-end interior design, or related industries.
• Networking Skills: Proven track record in building relationships with high-net-worth individuals, interior designers, and developers.
• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a history of achieving sales targets.
• Brand Alignment: Understanding of luxury branding and the ability to represent a high-end product and lifestyle.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Problem Solving: Creative and solution-oriented approach to meeting client needs and overcoming challenges.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field is preferred.
• Language Skills: Multilingual abilities would be an added advantage (especially in international markets).
