Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a well-known worldwide manufacturer of motion and control products. Our client, a corporation with over a century of history and being listed in Fortune 500, is seeking a professional in pneumatic field with at least 5 years' experience for the job of Sales Manager. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and report directly to Country Sales Manager.
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will work closely with not only sales but also with marketing and customer service department to develop the business and achieve the sales goals for pneumatic filtration products.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales and distribution for different product categories
• Follow the business strategies for customer and sales, marketing activities to achieve and develop annual sales target.
• Visit existing and prospect customers to widen client base and grow the potential for sales activities.
• Determine the client's needs to make the sales forecast, propose products, as well as ensure the delivery schedules
• Train & assist customer about technical information and application of products; about the question related to company policy on terms of business.
• Conduct market intelligence to develop the business strategies.
• Support service engineer teams in technical guidance for customers.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years industrial/technical sales experience with proven achievement of sales performance. Having management skills of distribution channel or OEM is a plus.
• Be energetic, quick learner, self-motivated person
• Skills: negotiation, presentation, communication and selling.
• Well-using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English
• Requires business trip within Vietnam.
