* Brief Description
IFB is an International Freight Forwarder since 1980, the company opened its Vietnam office in 1993. Currently the IFB Group does have 40 offices worldwide, 800 employees and an International Network. This role is to manage the business development of the company's services by ensuring consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue. This includes both short and long term business development planning. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager in Hanoi.
* Key Responsibilities
• To develop existing customers and bring new customers.
• To manage, coordinate and support the sales team to hit their target.
• To focus on trade lane development with potential countries by using the IFB Network.
• Exchanging of sales leads and market research, gained from your sales team, within the IFB Network.
• To ensure that our customers get service satisfaction and stay with IFB as long as possible in order to maximize profit.
• Regular visits of potential clients with your team to build a strong client relationship.
• Successfully implement new business by using SOP formats for operations, customer service and finance departments.
• Monthly review of your sales team activities with Country Manager and Regional Sales Manager SEA.
• Build sales team to expand the business opportunities for North Vietnam.
• Other duties assigned by Country Manager and Regional Sales Manager SEA.
Yêu cầu
* Key Requirements
• Bachelor Degree.
• 6-8 years' experience in Freight Forwarding, at least 4 years in sales.
• Proficiency in English Language, other language is a plus.
• Proactive mentality, flexible, eager, organized and leadership skills.
• Functional knowledge in air / sea / logistics.
• Independent, self-driven, communication and result orientated.
• Market Intelligence and product knowledge within International Freight Forwarding.
• Knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
