Manage and develop sales activities for rooms, events, and hotel services.
Seek, maintain, and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and travel agencies.
Prepare sales plans, monitor revenue performance, and achieve business targets.
Coordinate with related departments to ensure excellent service quality and guest experience.
Lead, train, and support the sales team while keeping updated with market trends.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a 5 star hotel/resort.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Dynamic, result-oriented, and able to work well under pressure.
Responsible and committed to the job.
