The Opportunity
Plantlogic is searching for an honest, organized and driven manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts in southeast Asia.
Work will be based in Dalat, Vietnam, but also require you to regularly travel to China and North America for training, coordinating, and research.

Responsibilities
Initially this job will be focused on market research and sales, such as following up with existing leads and opportunities in the region and communicating with our other departments to fulfill orders.
Business registration in Vietnam, accounting and administrative tasks will also need to be done by you, since you will be the first representative of Plantlogic in Vietnam.
Work with logistics and production departments to calculate quotations.
Sales support by coordinating with production and logistics departments to fulfill the orders.
Follow up on open orders to collect payments.
As the business grows, the responsibilities of this position may change based on business needs and your strengths.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Education
MBA with a focus on marketing with a strong understand of accounting.
3 or more years' work experience.
Able to provide professional reference confirming your professionalism.
Hard skills
Fluent in Vietnamese, English, Thai. Other languages such as Mandarin Chinese or Spanish also helpful.
Some experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Excellent use of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for quoting and cost calculations.
Must be familiar with, or at least willing to learn about MISA.
Experience in agriculture and horticulture desired. Training can be provided if you don't have this experience.
Soft skills
Honest.
Hard working and able to work independently managing one's own projects and tasks without external pressure.
Willing and able to learn new concepts quickly.
Resourceful, able to research and propose solutions to problems that you have not previously encountered.
Able to build strong relationships with customers, take responsibilities for problems and create correct plans.
