Take full responsibility for driving commercial, sales, and marketing initiatives within the Personal Care division. This includes achieving both personal and company-wide sales targets through strong customer relationship management, strategic
business development, and expert knowledge in product presentation and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales, Marketing & Commercial Strategy:
Consistently meet or surpass set sales goals, contributing directly to broader company targets. Maintain strong, lasting relationships with current clients to ensure continued business, while also identifying and securing new customers to expand market reach and product penetration.
Product Expertise & Technical Support:
Clearly communicate the value, features, and uses of products and technologies within the Personal Care field. Provide expert guidance and respond to technical inquiries to support informed customer decisions.
Project Management:
Manage and oversee assigned projects from initiation to completion. Ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery by effectively coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, logistics partners, and technical staff.
Market Intelligence & Industry Representation:
Stay current on market trends and emerging challenges through detailed research. Represent the company at industry exhibitions and seminars to boost brand awareness and cultivate professional networks.
Reporting & Collaboration:
Report directly to the Country Manager and Commercial Director. Collaborate closely with internal teams, customers, external suppliers, and service providers, with additional support from the Asia-based Regional Segment Manager for Personal Care.
