Mô tả công việc

• Searching and approaching new agents/clients from all over the world to develop OBU, NVO, BCO.. customers, mostly in Vietnam market (HCM, HN, HP...)
• Maintaining good relationship with overseas agents, clients, shippers/consignees and all relevant parties
• Promoting company services to all potential customers, including but not limited to just agents
• Following up cargo status and keep customers posted on progress, staying available whenever they need our prompt support
• Coordinating with all other teams and branches of Neptune to make sure shipments are handled smoothly
• Resolving and offering solutions to all kind of issues from customers
• Partnering with AP team to collect our money back within a specific timeline
• Other tasks as per company request

Yêu cầu

*Job requirement:
• At least over two years of experience in similar role or logistics industry
• Graduated from relevant universities or colleges, international economics background is preferred
• Fluent in English, especially writing and speaking skills; candidates with Chinese will be highly considered
• Able to work under high pressure and self motivate to overcome tough time
• Understand logistics market situation, especially TP trade
• Able to reach a certain target of volume in TP/EU trade within a specific timeline, candidates with onhand business will be highly considered
