Mô tả công việc
- Direct and promote sales team, provide leadership towards the achievement of sales target and generate the direct sales for the company
- Develop and execute the sales plans, action plans, client care plans for the assigned market that ensures attainment of company sales goals.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Provide daily/monthly reports to senior management regarding sales and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, database, sales admin process and activity reports.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the sales team.
- Train, test, and guide sales staffs based on criteria agreed upon by management
Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
* Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/ Marketing/ Economics/ Communications
- More than 03 years experience in equivalent position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation, negotiation skills.
- Good at forecast, planning, analytics skills.
- Good at leadership; motivation; problem solving skills.
- Well organized, able to handle many tasks at same time .
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Experience in POD industry is a plus.
- Good at English is a plus.
* Compensation & Perks:
- Salary: Fixed salary upto 30 million and commission (Total income upto 90 million/ month).
- Performance review twice a year.
- Working hour: Monday to Friday (8:30 - 5:30).
