Dream Job Alert! Become a Sales Manager (Water Treatment Projects, ID19915) at a foreign-invested company and earn $2000 Net/month:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence nationwide
Proactively identify, approach, and acquire new clients, with a strong focus on project-based water treatment solutions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, particularly in manufacturing plants, industrial zones, and private enterprises
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales engineers (including 1 team leader and 2 staff) to ensure performance targets are met
Provide coaching and training to enhance team capabilities in both technical and sales competencies
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, commercial plans, and project-based solutions tailored to client needs
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adjust business strategies accordingly
Track, analyze, and report sales performance, forecasts, and key account metrics to senior management
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
Participate in business trips as required to develop and maintain client relationships

Yêu cầu

Male/Female, Age: 35 - 45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or other related fields (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within water treatment or a related industry
Proven track record in B2B project sales, particularly in industrial or manufacturing sectors
Strong experience in business planning, proposal development, and project-based selling
Fluent in English (mandatory); Japanese language skills are a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel frequently for business
