Mô tả công việc
- Be responsible for managing all sales operations within Vietnam, taking responsibility for profit, revenue targets
- Set the targets for all sales executives and other sales representatives and ensure the targets are realistic and achievable; understand who can perform a particular task in the most effective way, to extract the best out of each employee
- Supervisor the sales team, track their performances, to ensure the sales team is delivering desired results; make sure each one is living up to the expectations of the organization
- Manage customer relationships in Vietnam
- Make business plan and business performance report to Sales Director monthly
- Communicate with Hong Kong Headquarter and different sales offices in other countries
- Monitor and assess sales staffs' performances
Yêu cầu
- Education background: Graduated from University
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of budgeting and financial planing
- Professional experience: experience on label and tag industry
- Skills: Communication, computer and especially management & problem solving skill
- Langauges: Speak frequent Chinese
- Character: active, friendly, truthful, well organized
