Mô tả công việc
• Aqua south Vietnam HCMC to Danang and other some middle provinces (experienced sales in past similar jobs and technical knowledge of the aqua related subject).
• Advising the General Director on marketing strategies, products and customers, monitoring the implementation of the strategy/ plan, and making reports.
• Develop new clients and build strong relationships with existing customers.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets at mutual agreement with companies.
• No credit sales are allowed/ only cash and carry. The credit sales is only allowed followed by customer's credentials.
• Manage, guide and train team members.
• Continuous market and sales development throughout Vietnam.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to drive business forward.
• Understand and analyze market trends and customer needs.
Yêu cầu
• Responsible for collecting debt & pending payment.
• Prepare reports related to sales activities and customer interactions.
• Good English skills both verbal and written.
• Proficient in office software, responsible, strategic.
• Follow up customers contract status & debt collection.
• Approaching new customers, potential distributors, retail stores, end customers and brief about our products
• As you will be working in a competitive environment, you will be required to demonstrate good negotiating and decision-making skills.
• Other tasks given by General Director, and as appointed orders.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese both
• Ability to work under pressure
