Customer Acquisition & Resource Development
• Fully achieve KPI set up by company
• Prioritize developing and converting your existing customer resources to generate sustainable business growth for the company.
• Continuously expand business with direct customers and industry peers (forwarders / logistics partners) across Vietnam.
Customer Relationship Management & Project Follow-up
• Handle customer inquiries, solution planning, and quotation follow-up.
• Conduct regular customer visits, understand evolving needs, and enhance customer loyalty and cooperation depth.
Specialized
Business Development (Preferred)
• Ability to identify and develop logistics opportunities with special requirements, including but not limited to:
Chemical logistics
LCL (Less-than-Container Load)
Dangerous goods transportation & warehousing (DG)
Other specialized or high-value logistics solutions
• Provide professional and feasible logistics solutions based on customer needs.
Market Analysis & Cross-Department Collaboration
• Gather logistics market information and competitor updates, providing suggestions for business development.
• Collaborate closely with operations, customs, and overseas teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Performance & Compliance Management
• Achieve assigned sales targets and profitability goals.
• Follow up on account receivables to ensure business risk control.
Yêu cầu
• College degree or above; majors in Logistics, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales.
• Must possess certain existing customer resources and the ability to convert them into company business.
• Experience in LCL, chemical logistics, dangerous goods warehousing/transportation, or other special cargo.
• Vietnamese plus Chinese or English (depending on company requirements).
• Solid understanding of logistics products (ocean, air, trucking, warehousing).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer management skills.
• Highly self-driven, proactive, adaptable, and strong under pressure.
