As we expand our footprint across VN, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager - Smart Locks to lead our sales strategy and drive sustainable growth.
Job Purpose
Manage and develop the sales activities of electronic lock products to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, build brand presence, and lead the sales team effectively.
Job Descriptions
o Develop business strategy for the electronic lock segment aligned with company objectives.
o Manage the sales team: recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate performance.
o Expand market presence: identify and acquire new customers (contractors, architects, showrooms, dealers, real estate projects).
o Maintain existing accounts: build strong relationships, provide customer care, and grow revenue.
o Collaborate with Marketing: implement promotions, events, and product seminars.
o Monitor and analyze sales performance: prepare regular reports and propose improvement solutions.
o Conduct competitor analysis: update market trends, new products, and pricing strategies.
o Ensure KPIs: revenue, market coverage, number of new projects/dealers developed.

Job Requirements
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
o 3-5 years in a Sales Manager or equivalent role.
o Preferably with experience in electronic locks or smart home solutions.
o Market analysis and business planning.
o Strategic thinker with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong negotiation, communication, reporting, planning, organizing and implementing skills.
o Proactive, results-oriented, able to work under sales pressure.
o English communication (preferred).
