Strategy Planning & Execution:
Develop, propose, and implement short-term and long-term business strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market and competitors to propose suitable business solutions.
Team Management & Development:
Recruit, train, guide, and develop skills for the sales team.
Set individual and team goals, evaluate employee performance.
Motivate and build a professional, cohesive work environment.
Sales Operations Management:
Supervise, urge, and evaluate the sales team's performance.

Monitor and manage customer debts.

Yêu cầu
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Market analysis and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English.
