Strictly monitor the application of Cancellation Policies and the collection of Penalty Fees for any violations of established terms.
Manage the Deposit process, proactively follow up on payments, and execute Release Room protocols for non-guaranteed bookings to optimize actual occupancy.
Establish and deploy annual, quarterly, and monthly Sales Plans to align with growth targets and the hotel's total revenue goals.
Take responsibility for recruitment, professional training, performance management (KPIs), and career path development for the sales team.
Conduct market research, analyze the Competitor Set, and keenly identify new business opportunities to expand the target customer base.
Directly maintain relationships and negotiate contracts with Key Accounts and high-revenue-share partners.
Analyze periodic business data to report to the Board of Directors and propose solutions for improving sales processes, discount policies, and service quality.
Coordinate across departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure all service standards are executed accurately, optimizing the guest experience.
Collaborate with and support the Accounting Department to ensure accounts receivable are collected on time.
Establish, develop, and manage the Brand Identity system across the website and social media platforms.
Directly approve the Art Direction and copywriting for all design publications.
Ensure a weekly content update frequency, maintaining the hotel's signature style and "vibe" across all visual Touchpoints.
Formulate the annual Integrated Marketing Plan, focusing on Festive Season campaigns to optimize F&B revenue and enhance brand awareness.
Develop and implement Seasonal Promotions to stimulate market demand.
Execute
Digital Marketing solutions to increase the Direct Booking ratio via the website, reducing reliance on third-party intermediaries.
Lead coordination with the Kitchen and F&B departments to produce high-quality photos/videos for new Set Menus and Concept Dining, ensuring visual alignment with the hotel's aesthetic.
Plan the documentation (photography/videography) of events, MICE, and hotel activities to build a media asset library.
Proactively update Market Trends and consumer behavior to adjust communication content timely and appropriately.
Monitor, analyze, and report on guest feedback across online platforms (OTAs, TripAdvisor, Google Reviews, Social Media) and offline channels.
Propose service improvement solutions based on feedback data to optimize the Customer Journey.
Provide design direction for all marketing activities or specific requests from other departments.
Control the quality of printing and digital display for all promotional materials before public release.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3 years in a similar management position.
Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking. High flexibility in solving complex problems.
Proficiency in English communication.
