- Sales Skills. Identifies, develops, grows the customer needs and develops compelling persuasive cases with solution experts. Regularly researches Company offerings and the client's market to keep abreast of their needs and identify opportunities for
business development.
- Campaign Management. Leads on simple bids from start to finish to extend or enhance the provision of existing services.
- Personal Development. Undertakes identified development activities.
- Relationships. Leads account navigation and owns the relationship plan to develop a strong and influential network within the customer, including nurturing coaches from within the customer company and gaining competitive insights.
