Faro's client
- Account Management. Assumes account management responsibility for low complexity accounts OR assumes responsibility to manage the relationship within an area of a large, complex account. Creates annual account plans to grow account(s) and develop the business. Manages customer relationships with key partners and end users
- Sales Skills. Identifies, develops, grows the customer needs and develops compelling persuasive cases with solution experts. Regularly researches Company offerings and the client's market to keep abreast of their needs and identify opportunities for
business development.
- Campaign Management. Leads on simple bids from start to finish to extend or enhance the provision of existing services.
- Personal Development. Undertakes identified development activities.
- Relationships. Leads account navigation and owns the relationship plan to develop a strong and influential network within the customer, including nurturing coaches from within the customer company and gaining competitive insights.
Yêu cầu
- From four year experience in IT products sales position
- Good command of English.
- Proactive and aggressive to archive sales target
- Having knowledge in Company products
- In-depth knowledge of at least one sector e.g. Finance and Banking, Healthcare etc.
- In depth knowledge of a technology/service or technology/service of a sector
- A strong network, and networking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence
- Strong, Strategic and Conceptual ability
- Moderate ability to manage others
- Good negotiation skill, Presentation skill
- Advanced Sales Programs completed - either by vendor or unique sales providers
