Duties & Responsibilities
• Respond to all requests in a timely manner from both internal and external customers.
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure
• Develop quotes that maximize profits while remaining competitive in the marketplace.
• Fully understand, embrace and market the company's competitive advantages
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers and provide the highest level of customer service.
• Always be "on the lookout" for new business and identify profitable opportunities consistent with our company's long term strategic plan.
• Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and market segment objectives by product segment.
• Meet regularly with manager and/or director to review sales performance and identify areas for improvement
• Participate in and assist with product knowledge and processing services training.
• Work to build profitable relationships with prospective customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Develop sales strategies and effective sales practices to consistently increase profitable sales.
• Systematically remain in contact with customers and prospects through tele-sales and email
• Develop innovative and non-traditional means to increase sales and/or better service customers.
• Any additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager and/or director
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 3 years experience in tank container industry or shipping, logistics and/or transportation
• Must hold a Bachelors or Masters degree
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in spoken and written English
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Teamwork oriented
• Flexibility
• Able to establish and maintain relationships with clients and prospective customers
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management system, preferably [protected info]
• Ability to negotiate successfully
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to structure work activities with limited direction or guidance
• Read Manufacturing drawings.
